ITG--Learning Solutions Aligned with Business Strategy

“It’s not what the participant learns that makes them successful, it’s what they use of what they learn.”

We consider the success of our competency development and organizational transformation programs to hinge on that statement. To that end, rather then relying on specific program features such as workbooks, facilitators, or curriculum, we strive to integrate all elements into an instructional “experience” which will generate an emotional response from participants.

Recent research suggests that an emotional experience during a learning event greatly increases the rate at which participants commit to lasting change. This research is confirmed by the feedback and testimonials from our customers, as well as our continued success of our organization.

In addition, our patented blended learning solution, online best practices dictionary and targeted web-based telecasts foster reinforcement of the behavioral competencies learned in the workshop--back in the workplace--maximizing lasting impact.

All our off-the-shelf programs are designed with the goal of on-the-job performance improvement. The ITG learning strategy is experiential, focusing on specific skills and techniques with minimum discussion of theory.

Our work with Human Resources, Organizational Effeciveness, Training & Development and IT professionals is designed to strategically link competency development with enterprise goals and objectives.

All programs include personal action planning, pocket reminder cards, commitment strategies, options to keep the facilitator in touch with participants after completion and our on-line electronic performance support system to ensure learning translates to on-the-job behavior change.
